Grilled Chillies

  1. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat. Pass the chillies on the skewer and grill. Be sure to turn frequently, until it is charred and softened for about 6 minutes. Allow to cool and remove the stems.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the basil leaves. Remove the leaves and soft stems of coriander and parsley. Make sure you have 2 cups of each herb!
  3. Place the chillies, basil, coriander and parsley in a food processor until well chopped. Add the Oliv8 mixture, vinegar and salt and pulse until it forms a thick and slightly textured sauce.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
